James is very knowledgeable about the cruise industry. His customer service is second to none, a reminder email before final payment day, an email just before you go to remind you about insurance, passports etc, and an email when you get home to see how everything went. He is also readily contacted by phone.

I am not sure where any poor reviews for Pure holidays, or James, eminate. We have always found him to be most professional and always helpful. If fact if we find a holiday we like we'll often call James to see if he will make the arrangements for us.

Found Pure holidays completely by accident over the new Year holiday period, whilst looking for 2024 cruises. Was immediately impressed as this must be the only cruise website where you can easily see which cabins are available for a certain cabin grade straightaway. Spoke to James earlier today as there was a fault on the P&O website, and he immediately took my details and all was booked within 5 minutes. Excellent service, excellent price, always keen to help - what more would you need? Many thanks James - no wonder you have won awards from the cruise industry!!

Fantastic service from James and Pure Holidays! Never used an agent before and was skeptical of doing so initially but I'll never book direct with a cruise line again! We were looking for an accessible cabin for the USA Cruise on Aurora in 2023. James was fantastic in securing this for us as there only a few left. I pre-registered to book our Arcadia 2023 holiday for brochure launch in November. On the day it went on sale, James secured exactly what we had asked from the details taken and at a great price. Having just return from our first cruise since the pandemic after having to postpone it - we had a wonderful time!
I was very worried about all the extra documents needed and that I was going to miss something - but I need not of worried thanks to James.
He was always on hand to answer our questions and to make sure we had everything we needed for our Canaries cruise including the correct tests, forms & helpful tips. This was our 2nd cruise we have booked with Pure Holidays and it definitely won't be that last.

Book online for August 2022 on Azura, was able to choose the cabin I wanted at a great price for 4 of us - I couldn't believe it was that easy! We received online confirmation of our booking instantly, with booking confirmation in less than 24 hrs. Post booking online, James has been on hand to assist me with any questions I had. Brilliant customer service from James & Pure Holidays. Originally we booked online for our Princess Cruises this September. This was unfortunately cancelled and we opted to transfer to the following year. James kept us up to date with the process and notified us as soon as it was completed. We received all our new confirmation within a matter of hours. Book our suite online for Summer 2021, within minutes received our online confirmation.
