Vista Dining Options

the grand dining room

The Grand Dining Room

The Grand Dining Room is a study in stateliness, a tribute to the spirit of Europe's marquee five-star hotel restaurants that inspired its dignified yet convivial ambiance. Handsomely decorated in rich woods, designer tapestry fabrics and oversized armchairs, the expansive dining area exudes classic splendour.

This signature dining experience has always offered a bevy of delicious Continental dishes, and now a fresh and new array of options brings you even more exciting choices, as well as an incredible spectrum of global flavours and an all new Executive Chef's Tasting Menu.

As variety is essential to your satisfaction, menus change daily with an expansive choice of at least 10 appetizers, soups and salads and 10 dinner entrees, along with healthy options such as Aquamar Vitality Cuisine, gourmet vegetarian selections and the most extensive array of plant-based dishes at sea.

toscana

Toscana

Toscana means Tuscan, and just as Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich family traditions, many of our recipes originated with the mothers and grandmothers of our own Italian culinary staff. Presented on elegant, custom-designed Versace china, masterfully prepared dishes exemplify the essence of Tuscany and celebrate Italy's culinary passion.

Perhaps the evening begins with the octopus carpaccio with Champagne vinaigrette or the artichoke and parmesan cheese timbale with black truffle sauce. Classic dishes from other regions of Northern Italy are featured as well, such as the minestrone alla Genovese, lasagna alforno alla Bolognese and osso buco alla Milanese.Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No reservations required.

polo grill

Polo Grill

Polo Grill embodies all the elements of a classic steakhouse, expressing them with timeless reverence. Mindful of tradition, the decor features crisp, white linen tablecloths, dark wood furnishings and supple, high-back, burgundy leather chairs. Each course stands as the very definition of time-honoured favourites, most notably the beef dishes, all of which are certified Black Angus USDA Prime and dry aged to enhance tenderness and flavour.

Succulent seafood dishes such as grilled swordfish and whole Maine lobster gratinee are also classics in their own right. The classic Caesar salad, too, is prepared according to tradition, tableside and with gusto.Open for dinner only. No reservations required.

ember

Ember

Ember is the signature addition to Oceania Cruises' family of restaurants. Open for lunch and dinner, Ember is the ideal place to warm your culinary soul. Featuring a menu of inventive American creations blended with time-honoured classics, this inviting dining spot will instantly charm you with its alluring ambiance and tantalizing menu.

Whether you are looking forward to a leisurely evening of dining or a quick dinner before catching the headline show, Ember is where you want to be. Braised Short Ribs on Polenta, Grilled Swordfish with Asparagus, Crab Cakes with Spicy Aioli, and a hearty Cobb Salad with Smoked Chicken are just a few of the delights designed to tempt the palate. Reservations for dinner required, not for lunch. Lunch 12:00 pm-1:30 pm. Open on sea days and open on alternate port days. Dinner 6:30 pm-9:00 pm.

red ginger

Red Ginger

With a nod to feng shui, Red Ginger radiates harmony and tranquility. The interior simply glows with ebony woods, ruby red leathers and striking, modern Asian artworks. To complement the stunning decor, Red Ginger's chefs have created contemporary interpretations of Asian classics. Begin with a salad of spicy roast duck and watermelon with cashews, mint and Thai basil.

Savour a Malaysian beef penaeng with coconut rice and paratha roti. Or try Thai vegetable curry with sweet potatoes, aubergine, mushrooms and basil in green curry sauce. In Red Ginger, the gustatory pleasures are as striking as the visual ones.Open for dinner only. Reservations required.

aquamar kitchen

Aquamar Kitchen

Aquamar Kitchen presents a decidedly fresh perspective on dining and the pursuit of wellness. Whether you are a dedicated flexitarian or a die-hard foodie, Aquamar Kitchen offers an abundance of indulgence with none of the guilt. Breakfast selections include cold-pressed raw juices and super-food smoothies, hearty homemade granolas and avocado toasts, organic power bowls, and savoury breakfast wraps.

For lunch, dozens of tempting, healthy dishes are offered such as Slow-Roasted Organic Salmon with quinoa tabouleh and lemon tahini, Yellowfin Tacos with white cabbage slaw, or even a Crunchy Chicken Sandwich on a freshly-baked whole grain bun.

Visa Bars & Lounges

martinis

Martinis

The lounge known as Martinis is far more than a place to sip a signature cocktail - although it's namesake libation alone is reason enough to spend some time here. Martinis is a glamorous destination that welcomes guests to a warm, inviting setting amidst walls of shimmering glass under a canopy of crystal.

The classic elegance of Vista's Martinis offers a fresh perspective of timeless elegance and is a brilliant reflection of art and culture. With an air of both sophistication and ease, this space provides the perfect backdrop for extraordinary evenings. Simply gather with friends in your favourite alcove and let the memories be made.

grand lounge

Grand Lounge

Vista's provocative Grand Lounge plays with shape and form to create visual elements that are striking even as they are understated. The colour palette is an ode to metals and minerals with shades of bronze, onyx and alabaster lending both balance and interest.

The resulting space evokes exclusivity - the feel of a luxurious private club - inviting guests to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner or a nightcap before retiring as they relive the day's adventures with fellow explorers.

horizons

Horizons

The most distinctive feature of aptly named Horizons is the lounge's dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering 180 degrees of stunning vistas that are the ship's namesake. This space celebrates the journey by providing a unique perspective on the alluring destinations that await ashore and the seas that carry you to what lies ahead.

To ensure that you can fully appreciate these sweeping panoramas, Horizons is appointed with comfortable furnishings in soothing tones that create a sense of home, even as the view assures you that you are far from it.

Onboard Shows

World-class musical performances will delight you, showcasing an ever-changing array of guest entertainers such as pianists, classical string quartets, dynamic vocalists and spectacular headliners.

Each of Oceania's ships features a unique line up of onboard shows and entertainers to ensure that your interests are constantly piqued. Bold and crowd-thrilling, nostalgic and upbeat, or intimate and sophisticated - whatever you choose, the night is yours.

A special lineup of high-energy musical performances will be certain to dazzle you. Perhaps it will be a fast-paced nostalgic journey such as The Great American Song Factory, or perhaps the swinging big band tunes of Tuxedo, a fresh take on the music of the Rat Pack, or even the opulent 1920s-era Gatsby's. Remarkable evenings at colourful, showstopping performances await each new evening.

afternoon tea

Afternoon Tea

Teatime is a celebratory daily event that irresistibly draws guests to Horizons at four o'clock sharp. As a classical string quartet plays softly in the background, our staff glides through the room presenting bountiful four-tiered pastry carts filled with freshly made finger sandwiches, colourful petits fours, richly textured scones with clotted cream and wonderfully sinful desserts. Of course, a selection of artisanal teas is the centerpiece of this splendid afternoon pastime. Daily at 4 pm. No reservations required
